While traditional screeds may take weeks to dry and become safe to use, fast-drying screed can be open to light foot traffic within 24 hours. And when used in conjunction with underfloor heating, it allows the heating to be turned on sooner, which shortens the drying process even more.

Due to its enhanced fluidity, it completely covers pipework – without voids or air pockets – to improve thermal conductivity and ensure that the heat is uniformly distributed across the entire flooring surface, enhancing energy efficiency.
